2. The insurance agent is contractually obligated to carry out insurance product distribution activities exclusively for one insurance undertaking – If P&C Insurance AS (registry code: 10100168; address: Lõõtsa 8a, 11415 Tallinn, e-mail: partneriai@if.lt), hereinafter If. If is an insurance undertaking registered in Estonia and supervised by Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) situated at Sakala 4, Tallinn, Estonia. A complaint concerning the activities of If may be submitted to Finantsinspektsioon. If bears responsibility for the insurance distribution activities of the insurance agent.

3. The insurance agent has been registered in the insurance intermediaries register kept by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. This registration can be verified on the web site of Estonian Financial Supervision Authority Insurance intermediaries | FSA . Insurance agent is supervised by Estonian Financial Supervision Authority and its insurance distribution activities in Lithuania are supervised also by Bank of Lithuania. The cross-border insurance distribution registration can be verified on the website of the Bank of Lithuania.

4. According to the authorisation received from If, the insurance agent has the right to mediate If health insurance contracts to the legal entities situated in Lithuania (hereinafter the Customers) with the purpose to provide health insurance cover to the employees of the Customer. Based on the information provided by the Customer, the insurance agent determines the Customer’s insurable interest and requirements for
the insurance contract and explains the contract to the Customer and to the insured person when necessary.

5. The insurance contract is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Health Insuranceand the General Terms and Conditions of Health Insurance:

6. An insured event is an event occurring during the insurance period that requires the insured person to receive medical services or other wellness services, which are covered under a specific insurance protection clause, if such a clause is included in the insurance policy for the particular insured person. Exclusions in which insurance compensation is not paid are listed in the Terms and Conditions of Health Insurance and the General Terms and Conditions of Health Insurance.

7. The sum of the insurance payment is stated in the insurance contract. The insurance agent company receives a commission from If, which is a part of the insurance premium stated in the insurance policy. The insurance agent does not provide recommendations on insurance products.

8. The insurance agent company and its representatives do not directly or indirectly hold shares or other capital parts of If P&C Insurance AS that grant 10 percent or more of voting rights or constitute 10 percent or more of the capital.

9. If P&C Insurance AS and its representatives do not directly or indirectly hold shares or other capital parts of If P&C Insurance AS that grant 10 percent or more of voting rights or constitute 10 percent or more of the capital.

10. The insurance contract is concluded and enters into force with the payment of the first insurance premium. The insurance coverage begins on the starting date of the insurance period specified in the insurance contract. The insurance coverage ends on the end date of the insurance period specified in the insurance contract. The insurance contract ends upon expiry of the insurance period, upon withdrawal from the contract or cancellation of the contract.

12. Lithuanian legislation shall be applied to the insurance contract.

13. The client has the right to submit a complaint about the insurance agent’s activities to If via the email address atsiliepimai@if.lt or partneritugi@if.ee or fill out the feedback form on the website www.if.lt/atsiliepimai. Complaint on insurance agent activities can be submitted to Estonian Supervision Authority and regarding insurance agent distribution activities in Lithuania also to Bank of Lithuania.

14. Any disputes arising from insurance contracts, including disputes concerning, shall be settled in The Bank of Lithuania which examines disputes between consumers and insurance companies. Bank of Lithuania contact information:
