The company allocates compensation, but payments are made only for amounts that are actually used. If an employee does not use their compensation, the funds are not spent and return to the company’s budget. This helps avoid fixed, unused costs and allows for precise expense planning.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The service fee for your company is calculated by how many active compensation accounts you have on Stebby. A compensation account which has been active in a calendar month and has had compensation loaded at least once in its history counts.

    The regular price for companies with 4 or more employees is €3/month + VAT per employee.

    For companies with 1-3 employees, a fixed rate of €10/month + VAT is applied.

  • There are two options to join your company group:

    1. If an employee already has an existing Stebby account they can easily send a request to join your group.

    2. Import employees to Stebby yourself. After the import, employees will receive an invitation via email.

  • Any unused compensation will remain on the employers account for future use and it will be used to load compensation accounts for the next period. So you can be sure that the funds invested for wellness will not be lost!

  • Yes you can! You can set up your compensation plan with rules you prefer. Select your preferred categories, compensation amount and tax exemption rules to avoid any extra fees.

  • Estonian companies can reimburse €100/quarter or €33.33/month for health and sports expenses. You can always offer more but keep in mind that tax exemption applies only up to the aforementioned limit.

    Tax exempt services are marked separately in Stebby catalogue and when setting up your compensation plan, the employer choose to compensate only tax exempt services. This means other services cannot be purchased with their wellness compensation.
