360° Health Coverage combines wellbeing services and health insurance.

Who is it for and why?

360° Health Coverage is primarily designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), but is also suitable for large enterprises.

Before, there was no suitable solution for the SME segment where employers could choose the appropriate insurance cover based on their employees’ preferences. Now, however, IIZI’s unique health insurance solution makes this choice easy. In addition, employers can manage all their employees’ wellbeing and health services in one convenient SHIM environment created by Stebby.

Packages make it easy for you to choose insurance

The insurance product has been designed in packages to help employers and employees better navigate the insurance cover and choose the package that best meets their expectations.

When choosing your 360° Health Coverage package, consider the following:

The Be Healthy package – suited for employees who use some of their compensation for wellbeing benefits and some for health insurance. This way, in addition to general health-related issues, the employee can have preventive health checks before exercising, as well as treatment and medical care for any problems that may arise as a result. The package offers support for athletic people who are mindful of their health.

The Fast Treatment package – suited for employees who prioritise fast treatment and medical care in the event of a health emergency as opposed to wellbeing services. This package comes with the highest insurance limits and the main focus is on general and specialised outpatient and inpatient care.

The Cared For package – suited for employees who would like guaranteed assistance with all major health issues. The package covers prevention and treatment services as well as the necessary aids for recovery.

360° Health Coverage includes support in case of damage

Transport to a medical facility – the 360° Health Coverage solution covers the costs of paid transport of the insured person to a medical facility for medical assistance in the event of an unexpected health problem and/or accident.

Damage support for the employer – we are available for employers every weekday  between 09:00 and 17:00. We can offer support with:
• Checking the validity of insurance cover
• Providing advice and guidance for further action
• Preparing enquiries to insurance undertakings regarding claim events          • Explaining to the client the insurance undertaking’s principles for      indemnification and the decision taken on indemnification

In the event of a claim event, proceed as follows:

  1. We recommend starting with telemedicine

80% of initial contacts can be resolved through telemedicine, allowing you to save time and interact with your doctor at a time and place that suits you. You can start using telemedicine through the Digital Clinic, MyDoc or any other telemedicine provider of your choice.

2. Choose a medical service provider to partner with
If you need to see a physical doctor or if your telemedicine doctor does not offer the service you need then keep the following in mind when going to the doctor:
– be sure to mention that your health insurance provider is ERGO
– you do not have to pay for treatment services if the provider is a partner
– bring an identity document

    3. If you are unable to find a suitable healthcare provider
If none of the partnering doctors offer the service you want, contact a doctor of your choice. In this case, proceed as follows:
– pay the treatment bill yourself initially
– fill in a damage claim to recover the costs incurred HERE!

If you used paid transport to a medical facility to get help, please request reimbursement of transport costs
